About the Role

As a New Homes Consultant, you are the face of our brand and will be the key point of contact for customers looking to embark on their home-building journey. You will guide them from the initial inquiry through to the final contract, ensuring a seamless, transparent, and enjoyable experience.

Because we deal with families and high-value homes, weekend work and display home hosting are core requirements. While your standard roster is 5 days, a "hunter" mindset is essential - high-achievers in this industry understand that occasionally stepping in for a 6th day to close a deal or meet a client's evening schedule is often what separates a high earner.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Engaging with prospective customers and managing leads (website, phone, walk ins, referrals)

• Consulting with clients to uncover their "must-haves" and delivering transparent, accurate quotes that reflect their dream home.

• Educating clients on land, designs and customisations, inclusions and the building process.

• Networking with local real estate agents and land developers to identify titled land and house-and-land opportunities.

• Utilising CRM tools to ensure every local lead is followed up with excellence.

What You’ll Bring:

• You are a motivated, resilient sales professional who understands that success in this industry is a marathon, not a sprint.

• A proven track record in a competitive sales environment (Building experience is a plus, but high-performers from Real Estate or high-ticket retail are encouraged to apply).

• The discipline to work independently and the collaborative spirit to support your team.

• Comfort using CRM systems and digital tools to manage a busy workflow.
