We are seeking a professional, proactive, and high-energy New Homes Administrator our sales growth and ensure our office runs like clockwork.

What You'll Be Doing
In this diverse role, you will manage our front-of-house experience while providing critical administrative power to our sales and construction departments:
Sales Administration & Support: Take the lead on contacting new inquiries and conducting proactive follow-ups to support our sales lead.
Reception & First Impressions: Greet all customers and visitors professionally, managing calls and ensuring a welcoming office environment.
Construction & Contract Admin: Establish and maintain job folders, handle filing, and assist with contract administration and estimating paperwork.
Data Management: Accurately enter lead and client information into our systems with a high degree of attention to detail.
General Office Support: Maintain office supplies, handle daily mail, and assist with basic invoicing in Xero to ensure smooth daily operations.
What You’ll Bring
We are looking for a reliable professional with a "can-do" attitude who isn't afraid to pick up the phone.
Confident Communicator: You possess the confidence to make phone calls, engage in meaningful conversations with clients, and provide an amazing customer experience.
Detail-Oriented & Accurate: You have a sharp eye for detail when inputting information and managing important project files.
Proactive Initiative: As part of a small team, you are someone who sees what needs to be done and does it, working well both independently and collaboratively.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in office software (ideally Google Workspace) and a quick learner when it comes to new systems.
Experienced Administrator: Previous experience in an office environment is preferred, particularly within the construction or real estate industry.
