We are driven by a simple goal: helping people comfortably settle into their new homes in a community we love. As we establish our roots, we are looking for a dedicated New Homes Administrator who takes genuine pride in their work.
We are seeking someone who remains steady under pressure, possesses a strong customer-service focus, and has the multitasking skills to ensure our office runs like clockwork.

What You'll Be Doing
You will lead our front-of-house experience while providing administrative support to our sales and construction departments:
Manage incoming inquiries with a helpful, professional tone and conduct proactive follow-ups to support our growth.
Greet all visitors with a welcoming presence, managing calls and maintaining a professional office environment.
Accurately set up project files and enter lead and client information into our systems.
Maintain office supplies, handle daily mail, and assist with basic invoicing to keep daily operations seamless.

Proficiency in office software (ideally Google Workspace) and a quick learner when it comes to new systems.
