We are looking for a strategic, "hunter-minded" New Homes Consultant to join us and help lead our transition into this new space.

About the Role
As one of our New Homes Consultant, you are the face of our brand in the Springfield and Ripley growth corridors. You will guide families from their initial inquiry through to the final contract, ensuring a transparent and joyful experience.
Success in this industry is a marathon, not a sprint. We are looking for a professional who prioritises nurturing long-term relationships and understands that providing an exceptional client experience makes the difference.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead Management: Engaging with prospective customers across all channels (website, phone, walk-ins, and referrals).
Expert Consulting: Uncovering client "must-haves" and delivering accurate quotes that reflect their genuine dream home.
Market Networking: Building relationships with local real estate agents and developers to identify exclusive house-and-land opportunities in the Ripley and Springfield areas.
CRM Excellence: Using digital tools to ensure every lead is followed up with professional persistence.
Process Education: Guiding clients through land selection, design customisations, and the building journey.
What You’ll Bring
New Home Industry Experience: Prior experience within the new home building industry is preferred but not essential
Proven Sales Success: A track record in a competitive, high-ticket sales environment is highly regarded.
The "Hunter" Mindset: You are resilient, motivated, and proactive in seeking out new business.
Relationship-First Approach: You genuinely enjoy interacting with people, building rapport and guiding prospects through the sales process with empathy and integrity.
Tech-Savvy: Comfort using CRM systems and Google Workspace to manage a busy workflow.
Core Requirements: A current Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle are essential.
