We are looking for a dedicated professional to manage projects from "dirt to keys" and ensure every home meets our legendary quality standards.

What You'll Be Doing

You will be the heartbeat of your allocated new home builds, overseeing up to 10 builds at a time and managing the end-to-end process with a focus on integrity and excellence.

  • Scheduling & Coordination: Actively manage planning using scheduling software to coordinate our internal trade crew and loyal subcontractor network.

  • Quality & Safety: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship exceeds industry standards and sites remain 100% safe.

  • Cost Management: Monitor job costs and variations, ensuring projects remain on budget while minimizing waste.

  • Client Relationships: Act as the primary contact for our customers during construction, keeping them informed and excited throughout their journey.

  • Hands-On Leadership: Lead a diverse team of trades with the support of a leadership team that truly understands the "nuts and bolts" of the job.

What You'll Bring

We value integrity, empathy, and a "can-do" attitude.

  • Experience: Proven experience in a Construction Supervisor role with a deep understanding of residential methods and the National Construction Code (NCC).

  • Qualifications: A valid Trade Qualification; a Cert IV in Building and Construction and a State-relevant Supervisor’s License are highly regarded.

  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, and construction scheduling software.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills with the ability to lead trades and manage client expectations professionally.

  • Mindset: A high sense of accountability, sharp attention to detail, and a commitment to safe work practices.
