We are seeking a professional and proactive Receptionist / Administrator to join our Caringbah office.

What You'll Be Doing
In this diverse role, you will lead our front-of-house experience while delivering essential support to the accounts and construction administration departments:
Reception & First Impressions: Greet all customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner, managing telephones and maintaining a welcoming office environment.
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Monitor and process incoming invoices, ensure approvals by relevant personnel, and accurately enter data into the accounting system.
Construction Administration: Establish job folders, enter supplier and subcontractor details, and manage compliance permits and certificates.
Handover Coordination: Compile Job Handover Packs and coordinate essential items like keys and certificates to ensure a smooth transition for our clients.
General Office Support: Maintain stock levels for office and staff supplies, handle daily mail, and assist with varied tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
What You’ll Bring
We are looking for a reliable professional with a "can-do" attitude and a sharp eye for detail.
Experienced Administrator: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred, with a solid understanding of basic accounting practices.
Experience in Xero Accounting Software: Prior experience using Xero within accounts payable and receivable roles.
Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a passion for providing an amazing customer experience.
Organised & Detail-Oriented: Proven accuracy in administrative tasks and the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in office administration software (ideally Google Workspace).
Team Player: A community-oriented individual who thrives on collaboration and acts with integrity.
