G.J. Gardner Homes Wodonga is looking for a passionate and professional New Homes Consultant to join our team. We are a local business dedicated to turning dreams into reality, building homes that suit the unique lifestyle of the North East Victoria region.

The Opportunity
As the primary point of contact for our clients, you will manage their journey from initial enquiry through to contract. You aren't just selling a house; you are a trusted advisor helping families navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives. You’ll enjoy a varied work environment, primarily split between our Wodonga main office and our beautiful display home in Baranduda, with occasional travel to support our Wangaratta office as needed.

What You'll Be Doing
Client Guidance: Lead potential customers through the building journey, from understanding their vision and budget to finalising their home design.
Relationship Nurturing: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, staying engaged with clients over the long term to build trust and maintain momentum.
Tailored Solutions: Present our range of flexible designs, tailoring solutions to meet each customer's unique block requirements and lifestyle.
Stakeholder Liaison: Work closely with our internal estimators and admin teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to construction.
What You’ll Bring
Industry Experience: Prior experience in new home sales is highly desirable. However, if you are a passionate professional who understands the "nuts and bolts" of home design and building, we want to talk to you.
Relationship Focus: A genuine, customer-first communication style with the ability to nurture leads through a longer sales cycle.
Local Knowledge: You are based in the Wodonga region with a strong understanding of our local community and building environment.
Organisational Excellence: The ability to manage a pipeline of leads efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
