What You'll Be Doing
Relationship Building: Act as a supportive partner for your clients, guiding them from initial design and land selection through to a certain contract.
Tailored Solutions: Present our flexible designs and custom options, ensuring every home meets the client’s individual needs, budget, and block requirements.
Collaborative Sales: Work alongside our designers and supervisors to ensure a seamless transition from sales to construction.
Integrity-First Selling: Focus on transparency and certainty, ensuring clients feel confident and well-informed at every stage of the process.
What You'll Bring
The "G.J. Way" Mindset: You are a team player who is honest, transparent, and driven by delivering a great customer experience rather than high-pressure tactics.
Industry Experience: Prior experience in new home sales or a related construction field is highly desirable, as you’ll need to understand the technical side of the build.
