With the business now in its fourth year, we are ready to find a New Homes Consultant to take over the sales journey so our management team can focus on the next phase of our growth.
The Opportunity
As our dedicated New Homes Consultant, you will be the face of our business, guiding clients through the entire building journey from initial inquiry to contract. This is a rare opportunity to join an established office with a high volume of active leads, providing you with the perfect platform to build immediate momentum and secure long-term success within our local market.
While your standard roster is 5 days, a "hunter" mindset is essential - high-achievers in this industry understand that occasionally stepping in for a 6th day to close a deal or meet a client's evening schedule is often what separates a high earner.

What You'll Be Doing
Client Guidance: Act as a clear and supportive guide for families building everything from their first home to knockdown rebuilds and dual-occupancy solutions.
Relationship Nurturing: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, staying engaged with clients over the long term to build trust and guide them through complex decisions.
Tailored Solutions: Present our flexible designs and custom options, ensuring every home meets the client’s individual vision, budget, and block requirements.
Local Expertise: Use your knowledge of the McLaren Vale region to help clients navigate land selection and site requirements across Aldinga, Moana, Seaford, and beyond.
What You'll Bring
New Home Industry Experience: Prior experience in the new home sector and existing knowledge of the building world is highly desirable.
Proactive Personality: You are naturally open, confident, and not afraid to take charge of a conversation or a sales pipeline.
Local Insight: We want someone who knows the area and is looking for a long-term career in their local community.
Long-term Focus: The ability to patiently nurture leads through the sales cycle, maintaining professional communication and momentum.
