What You'll Be Doing

Splitting your time between our Wetherill Park office and our stunning display home in Austral, you will:

• Act as the key point of contact, guiding customers through the initial and exciting stages of their home-building journey.

• Present our diverse range of home designs and tailor custom solutions to meet unique client needs.

• Proactively identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and referral partners to grow the business.

• Handle all enquiries from the first chat through to the contract, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

• Staff our beautiful display home in Austral on Saturdays (with a scheduled weekday off in lieu).

What You’ll Bring

We are looking for a high achiever who is strategic, self-motivated, and customer-centric. If you think you have drive, but might not tick all the boxes, please apply as we are also looking for sales associates.

• Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success in a high-performing sales role. Experience in the home building industry, specifically with (KDRB), is highly regarded.

• Networking Expertise: You have a natural ability to build rapport and cultivate long-term relationships with clients and industry partners.

• Strategic Thinking: You can think creatively to identify new business opportunities and provide tailored solutions.

• Results-Oriented: A self-starter with a strong drive to exceed sales targets and deliver outstanding results.

• Team Player: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively both within a team and independently.
