The Opportunity
As our New Homes Consultant, you will be the face of our business, guiding clients through the intricacies of urban building - from the first vision to the final contract. Based at our Wantirna South office, this is a high-reward opportunity where the lead flow is strong.
While previous experience in new home sales is a bonus, it is not a requirement. We are looking for the right drive, the right attitude, and a genuine hunger to succeed. We provide the platform and the training; you provide the energy and the commitment to convert prospects into successful builds.
To succeed here, you must have a "client-first" mindset. High earners in this industry know that being available to reply to a message or email after hours or on a weekend is often what secures a client’s trust and closes the deal.

What You'll Be Doing
Client Guidance: Act as a sophisticated guide for families, navigating everything from first homes to complex knockdown rebuilds and dual-occupancy solutions.
Showroom & Display Experience: Utilise our nearby show home to showcase quality and design excellence to prospective buyers.
Relationship Nurturing: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, staying engaged with clients to build trust and ensure their vision remains on budget and on time.
Going Above & Beyond: Maintain professional momentum by being responsive and proactive, ensuring clients feel supported at every stage.
