Based in our Mentone Office, you will manage everything from sales and production estimating to price book maintenance and procurement. What You'll Be Doing

• Sales & Production Estimating: Creating detailed, accurate estimates for high-end custom homes and complex knockdown rebuilds.

• Procurement & Negotiation: Leading the charge in sourcing materials and negotiating with our elite network of contractors and suppliers to ensure project success.

• Price Book Maintenance: Diligently developing and maintaining local Price Books to mitigate risk and ensure cost-transparency.

• Data Management: Utilising specialised platforms and Advanced MS Office to manage project budgets with absolute precision.

• Stakeholder Liaison: Acting as a key point of contact for internal management and external partners to ensure seamless communication from plan to site start.

What You'll Bring

• Qualifications: You are Tertiary Qualified in a relevant field (Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar).

• Software Expertise: Advanced skills in estimating software (Buildxact, Cubit and/or Buildertrend are highly regarded) and Advanced MS Office skills (specifically Excel).

• Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in residential estimating, with a deep understanding of the delicate balance between aesthetic flair and structural precision.

• Eagle Eye for Detail: A meticulous approach to plan interpretation and cost control - ensuring every "modern masterpiece" is built on a solid financial foundation.

• Communication Skills: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build professional rapport with high-quality trades and suppliers.
