We design and build high-value, bespoke architectural homes rather than volume, cookie-cutter designs. Our team is dedicated to providing an unmatched client experience built on trust, transparency, and collaboration.
We are expanding our Essendon team and seeking a highly personable, high-energy New Homes Consultant who genuinely loves building rapport with people.
Never worked in new home sales? While a background in the residential building industry (particularly custom homes) is highly regarded, we are open to considering candidates from other career backgrounds including real estate, or middle management roles.
We know that building technical knowledge can be taught over time - true care, drive and exceptional interpersonal skills cannot. If you are extremely personable, motivated, and a natural relationship-builder, we will invest in your success.

What You'll Be Doing
Consultative Relationship Building: Act as a warm, client-focused advisor - qualifying incoming leads, understanding client budgets and motivations, and guiding them comfortably toward a design decision.
The "Guided Journey": Manage the customer’s pre-construction journey smoothly, preparing Requests for Quote (RFQs), handling objections professionally, and turning enquiries into contracts.
Clear Communication: Maintain consistent, honest communication with your clients, making them feel completely understood and supported through a major emotional and financial milestone.
Sales & CRM Discipline: Follow a structured sales process, maintain accurate database records within our CRM system, and manage your pipeline efficiently.
Community & Industry Networking: Actively participate in local networking events, community groups, industry functions and referral partner meetings to build brand awareness, develop professional relationships and generate new business opportunities within the territory.
What You'll Bring
The Right Personality & Drive: You are a natural "people person" with a proactive, "can-do" attitude. You possess the innate ability to build deep trust and genuine rapport quickly.
Professional Presentation: Well-presented, polished, and confident when greeting prospective clients and representing our premium brand.
Desirable Experience: Experience in residential building sales (custom is a significant advantage), but candidates from real estate, corporate sales, or middle management who possess a hunger to learn are strongly encouraged to apply.
The Ability to Learn: You must have the focus and aptitude to confidently learn, understand, and eventually explain:
Floor plans, facades, inclusions, and custom design options.
The custom building process, construction stages, and realistic timelines.
Site costs, upgrades, and overcoming common client concerns.
Commute & Essentials: You live within a reasonable, sustainable daily commute of our territory, possess a valid Australian Driver’s Licence, and have full tech literacy to navigate modern computer software.
