Due to the exciting globalisation of our business, we are seeking a Marketing Advisor to integrate with our central Sales and Marketing team, supporting our USA offices. Uniquely for the building industry, you will be joining a marketing function with responsibility for product development, sales performance, and marketing communication—as the marketing gods always intended!

About the Role
As our Marketing Advisor (USA), you will be the key link between the Franchisor team and our US-based Franchise Owners, empowering them to shake up category perceptions, grow clicks, and drive local lead generation.
To seamlessly collaborate with our US team and franchise network across their timezones, this role requires 7:00 AM starts two days a week initially (negotiable thereafter). You will:
Analyse US state and franchise business data alongside competitor activity to inform messaging and channel strategies.
Consult with US franchise offices to develop and execute tailored local area marketing plans.
Develop tools and training programs that empower international franchise offices to advertise and engage in their local communities.
Activate and leverage owned channels including websites, social media, database emails, design centres, display homes, and POS materials.
Develop localised product, inclusion, and upgrade POS materials for franchise offices.
Amplify national marketing campaigns at the state and franchise level, collaborating with franchisees on paid channel top-ups.
Manage agency and US production partners to bring campaigns to life, including local property portals.
This role is based in our beautiful head office in Birtinya on the Sunshine Coast, offering a hybrid working model (Wednesdays and Thursdays in the office). To truly connect with the market, quarterly travel to our office in Texas and US franchise locations will be required (approximately 2 weeks per quarter).

About You
Experienced Marketing Generalist: A strong track record working across the full marketing mix (digital, traditional, social, and print).
Stellar Stakeholder Skills: Extremely strong relationship-building skills with the ability to coach, influence, and have honest, empathetic conversations with franchisees.
Global Mindset & Adaptability: Comfortable managing the logistics of international timezones, including the required early morning starts and regular long-haul travel.
Copywriting & Content Savvy: Strong copywriting skills with a sharp eye for presentation and messaging.
Proactive Problem Solver: Ability to work independently, take initiative, embrace progress over perfection, and take true ownership of your market.
