What You'll Be Doing

• Site Supervision & Workflow: Support the Construction Manager in coordinating daily on-site operations, trade sequencing, and material deliveries across residential build sites.

• Quality Assurance: Inspect site progress regularly to ensure trades and sub-contractors deliver top-tier workmanship and strict attention to detail on every stage of construction.

• Safety & Compliance: Maintain safe, tidy, and compliant work sites in line with current residential building codes and WHS standards.

• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open, professional communication with trades, suppliers, supervisors, and clients to keep projects running smoothly and on schedule.

• Problem Solving & Planning: Identify potential construction issues early, work proactively with the team to find practical solutions, and keep site timelines on track.

What You'll Bring
