In this role, you will provide essential operational support to our Construction Supervisor, helping manage daily trade coordination, site standards, and defect resolution across residential builds across our expansive region.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support Site Supervision: Assist the Construction Supervisor with monitoring daily build progress, managing priorities, and keeping projects moving smoothly.

• Defect Coordination & Quality: Identify, track, and coordinate the resolution of site defects to ensure every build meets high standards before handover.

• Site Condition & Safety: Inspect work areas regularly to ensure sites remain clean, secure, safe, and well-maintained for trades and visitors.

• Hands-On Leadership & Assembly: Work alongside site teams on prep, building tasks, component dispatch, and on-site installations.

• Forward Planning: Pre-empt material, tool, and contractor requirements for upcoming build stages to avoid operational delays.

What You'll Bring

• Trade Experience: Background in residential construction, carpentry, fabrication, or manufacturing (Certificate III in Carpentry or similar is highly regarded).

• Team-First & Friendly Approach: Approachable personality with strong interpersonal skills who collaborates well with trades, management, and suppliers.

• Proactive Initiative: A self-motivated mindset with the ability to notice what needs doing, solve practical problems, and take ownership of site conditions.

• Organisation: Ability to manage task priorities, keep clear records, and coordinate trades efficiently.

• Essentials: Valid Driver’s Licence and a current White Card (Construction Induction).
